What is the purpose in establishing the ZC- DAO?

The active international community members of ZC holders seek to establish a means (independently of the project developers) to utilise IP rights as a collective and promote NFT projects primarily based on developing the ZC brand. We would undertake this activity by forming relationships with other like minded legitimate projects to develop the  base cardano architecture - there by promoting ZC-DAO to fulfil its core mission of utilising IP to fit into new cardano architecture under development. Unlike traditional DAO based on acquiring assets, our aim is to invest in people in web3 to develop the next generation tools and technological advancements on chain. This can include but not limited to the development of tokens to serve as means of participating in any future architectural developments - this allows the furtherment of different strands being lead on in the cardano ecosytem.

Due to the ongoing development of the brand our aim is to onboard individuals on to cardano by providing and on ramp for potential holders. We would do this by promoting our brands to web2 national and international companies that provide services. We have a a international acclaimed artist resident in the USA which opens up multiple avenues for revenue.

Then, what are some means by which the DAO will do that?

• Establish a system of internal decentralised governance and voting mechanisms to direct the organisation.
• Utilize technical expertise of professionals (for hire/or on mutually beneficial terms) to ensure we are in compliance with known regulations to legitimise in real world revenue generation.
• Promotional and marketing activities for community development and engagement with real world activities.
• Collection of project royalties and re allocating to R+D based on transparent accounting.
• Revenue generation by integration of lotteries with web3 reputable providers or engage in wagering using our ecosystem tokens/others as part of R+D to make Zombie Fight Club attractive long term considering the possible combinations.
• Our recent partnership with Virtua opens a separate way to bring value to holders and the DAO- this is not limited but examples include revenue generation by Zombie vFlects (sneak peaks soon - I promise), virtua - property for the DAO to base operations out of, we are also liaising with teams who are looking to build within virtua deepening our utilisation of cross chain metaverse spaces.
